Esta barra de chocolate Luisa Abram possui 81% cacau de origem selvagem da Amaz\u00f4nia Brasileira\u00a0e pesa 80g.<\/p>\n

Em 2016, a ONG SOS Amaz\u00f4nia deu in\u00edcio ao Projeto Valores da Amaz\u00f4nia, que contava com 9 cooperativas ao longo dos rios do Alto Amazonas. Um desses rios era\u00a0o Rio Juru\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Os cooperados se dedicam \u00e0 extra\u00e7\u00e3o da borracha, do cacau e de \u00f3leos como o de murmuru. A Coopercintra \u00e9 uma dessas cooperativas e treinou, inicialmente, 26 fam\u00edlias para a coleta e tratos culturais do cacau selvagem. Em 2018, com o sucesso da safra de cacau e sua relev\u00e2ncia na renda dos\u00a0envolvidos, 16 novas fam\u00edlias se juntaram ao Projeto. Hoje, al\u00e9m do extrativismo, essas pessoas vivem da pesca e da agricultura de subsist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Este chocolate tem notas florais intrigantes\u00a0de\u00a0lichia<\/b>\u00a0e de\u00a0pitanga<\/b>. Lembra frutas cristalizadas e termina com notas de\u00a0caramelo<\/b>. Sabor diferente e muito complexo.\u00a0\u00c0 medida que o sabor se desenvolve na boca, a do\u00e7ura lembra\u00a0pitanga e lichia. H\u00e1 uma ligeira semelhan\u00e7a com frutas cristalizadas e o final \u00e9 inundado com notas de caramelo perfumadas.
