It tastes like purple flowers, apples and overripe bananas!<\/p>\n<p>This cacao was recently discovered during an expedition in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Magdalena_Medio_Antioquia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magdalena Medio Antioque\u00f1o<\/a>\u00a0region of Colombia. The team became aware of the unique taste of the fresh pulp, which tastes of purple flowers, apples and overripe bananas. And the beans, which were fermented, dried and roasted afterwards, also had a surprising taste.
