Now one of the most stable democracies in Africa, S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 \u00a0has some of the most unique soil and climate conditions for cacao, \u00a0but remains extremely poor.<\/p>\n<p>Satocao was established in 2015 as a certified organic co-op of over 400 farmers from seven communities.\u00a0 We were able to secure a very small amount of the very best beans we sampled to create a unique blend for this limited edition!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Letterpress, is a bean to bar chocolate maker from United States.
