Mezcal hecho 100% de Maguey Espad\u00edn de Santiago Matatl\u00e1n, pueblo situado en los valles centrales de Oaxaca, considerado como la \u201ccapital mundial del mezcal\u201d. El mezcal se obtiene por molienda en tahona de piedra, fermentado en tinas de encino, reposado en barrica de roble blanco durante 2 a\u00f1os y destilado dos veces en alambique de cobre. \u00b7 Para nuestros granos de cacao de Comalcalco, desarrollamos un perfil de tostado alto que se mezcla perfectamente con las notas amaderadas del destilado final.<\/p>\n
