Comparte cultivo con vainillas y en la plantaci\u00f3n tiene un 80% trinitario 10% criollo y 10% forastero. Todo eso unido al suelo volc\u00e1nico donde se sit\u00faa la plantaci\u00f3n en el valle de Sambirano a la falda de un volc\u00e1n. Nos da como resultado un chocolate muy frutal con bajo amargor, pero una acidez de fruta roja importante de cereza, pomelo rosa, yuzu.
