The climate is tropical humid, the soil of volcanic origin, rich in minerals and nutrients \u2013 essential for a fine cocoa aroma and taste.<\/p>\n<p>On the Hacienda Limon, an original cocoa variety is cultivated, which, in contrast to conventionally planted varieties in Ecuador, is not as high-yielding, but has a richer taste.<\/p>\n<p>The result: a chocolate with a very interesting taste profile.
