Bien que le cacao Salomonien soit encore peu connu, il s\u2019impose comme un complexe vari\u00e9tal rare et subtil.<\/p>\n<p>La plantation de cacao de David Junior Kebu se trouve au nord-est de l\u2019\u00eele de Guadalcanal, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la ville d\u2019Honiara. Camp\u00e9e sur les berges de la rivi\u00e8re Matepono, l\u2019exploitation familiale se distingue par la qualit\u00e9 du soin apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermentation, au s\u00e9chage, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des f\u00e8ves.
