Mirzam is named after a star in the night sky, that becomes visible at the beginning of summer \u2013 heralding the arrival of warm winds which will soon ripen the dates. The name \u2018Mirzam\u2019 translated into English means \u2018The Herald\u2019.<\/p>\n
Using locally grown dates from the Liwa oasis in the UAE, together with freshly ground fennel, we create a paste which is used to fill a delicate chocolate bar shell.<\/p>\n
