Cette poudre, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du m\u00eame chocolat que nos tablettes, vous permettra de d\u00e9guster un chocolat chaud d\u00e9licat pourvu d’une grande richesse ar\u00f4matique.<\/p>\n

Elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de notre chocolat 70% R\u00e9publique Dominicaine ou 70 Ha\u00efti ou 70% Guatemala (en fonction de la production) ce qui lui conf\u00e8re rondeur et onctuosit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0Cette poudre a donc les m\u00eames qualit\u00e9s organoleptiques et la m\u00eame constitution que nos tablettes 70%.<\/p>\n

Utilisation<\/h3>\n

Pour r\u00e9aliser un bon chocolat chaud, placez\u00a0 3 \u00e0 4\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre (20g \u00e0 25g)\u00a0selon\u00a0votre go\u00fbt dans un lait \u00e0 90\u00b0 et remuer vigoureusement afin de bien faire fondre tout le chocolat.<\/p>\n

Remarque<\/h3>\n

Il ne s’agit pas de “cacao en poudre” mais bien de “poudre de chocolat”, notre chocolat artisanal broy\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit en poudre. La classique poudre de cacao que vous connaissez est en effet\u00a0un produit obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 d’\u00e9normes presses qui, en pressant le chocolat et en le chauffant, s\u00e9pare le beurre de cacao de la poudre de cacao.
