Ve\u0301ritable sanctuaire de biodiversite\u0301, cette re\u0301serve porte le nom d\u2019un petit oiseau migrateur en voie d\u2019extinction, le Zorzal ou Grive de Bicknell, dont elle permet la pre\u0301servation.<\/p>\n

Cette se\u0301lection minutieuse, a\u0300 l’arbre, nous permet de be\u0301ne\u0301ficier d’un micro lot exceptionnel et singulier. Ces fe\u0300ves blanches donnent un chocolat 70% clair aux notes intenses de ce\u0301re\u0301ales & d’amandes torre\u0301fie\u0301es, releve\u0301es de notes fruite\u0301es de prune et de raisin sec.<\/p>\n

Encuentro is a bean to bar chocolate maker from France. This fine chocolate bar is made with cocoa from Dominican Republic (Zorzal blanco). Encuentro Dominican Republic Zorzal Blanco – Cacao Rare 70% is a dark chocolate with a sweet taste, with aromatic notes of honey, plum, toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, raisins, cereals, bread crust.<\/p>\n

Zorzal Blanco cocoa comes from rare white bean cocoa trees discovered in the heart of the Zorzal Reserve in the Dominican Republic. A true sanctuary of biodiversity, this reserve bears the name of a small migratory bird in danger of extinction, the Zorzal or Bicknell’s Thrush, whose conservation it allows.<\/p>\n

To produce this bar, Encuentro used an exceptional and unique microlot (1 bag of 70 kg).<\/p>\n

Be careful, this is not milk chocolate. The white cocoa beans give the chocolate a light brown color very similar to milk chocolate.<\/p>\n
