Using the excellent \u2018Heirloom Cacao Preservation\u2019 accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte\u2019s Hacienda Limon farm, we have created a classic 70% dark bar. We invite you to taste and to celebrate the fantastic work of the 12 Tree team, who are rehabilitating the 192 hectare plantation at Hacienda Lim\u00f3n, preserving this rare indigenous cacao variety from modern and more generic varieties. Limited to 1000 bars.<\/p>\n
