Qantu is a bean to bar chocolate maker from Canada. This fine chocolate bar is made with cocoa from Peru (Ayacucho, VRAEM). Qantu Peru Ayacucho WRAEM raw and crunchy – dark chocolate 65% is a dark chocolate with a sweet taste, with aromatic floral, cedar, blackcurrant and balsamic notes.<\/p>\n
This bar is inspired by Qantu’s travels to cocoa cooperatives. Qantu wanted us to discover the flavors of fine cocoa as it finds them at the source: raw, pure and aromatic.
