A brand new addition to the bakery series, with a festive twist. Embedded within our Haiti 60% Dark Milk chocolate is fresh cinnamon bun pastry, made in our bakery in Suffolk, which offers textures of buttery pastry flakes, paired alongside notes of warm spices and hints of zesty orange. The bar is presented in an iconic illustrated wrap designed by artist Jesse Bevan Brown – making it feel like you are unwrapping the perfect gift.
The cocoa beans come from the PISA (Produits Des Îles SA) Cooperative in Haiti, where women-led fermentation processes bring out rich, distinctive flavors while fostering a meaningful, positive impact on the community.
