Maya Mountain Cacao wurde 2010 gegründet und war der erste Exporteur von High Quality Cacao in Belize. Die Pioniere auf dem Gebiet Transparent Trade arbeiten mit mehr als 350 BIO-zertifizierten Kleinbauernfamilien im Distrikt Toledo zusammen, von denen die meisten indigene Q’eqchi ’und Mopan Maya sind.

CHARAKTER: lang anhaltendes, ungewöhnlich fruchtiges Aroma mit noten von reifer Ananas; eine leichte Säure macht diese Schokolade zur perfekten Wahl, ihre Sinne zu kitzeln.
