Hacienda Limon is located at the foot of the mystical Andes in the middle of never ending cocoa and banana plantations. The climate is tropical humid, the soil of volcanic origin, rich in minerals and nutrients – essential for a fine cocoa aroma and taste.
On the Hacienda Limon, an original cocoa variety is cultivated, which, in contrast to conventionally planted varieties in Ecuador, is not as high-yielding, but has a richer taste.
The result: a chocolate with a very interesting taste profile. Powerful in taste with a dominant honey note, this character chocolate will remain on the palate for a long time.
