Paradaì Thailand Nakhon Si Thammarat dark chocolate 70% – RED POD is a dark chocolate with a sweet and pleasantly tart flavor, with aromatic notes of honey, mandarin, lime, melon, cherry, raspberry, black cherry, lychee, sour cherry, guanabana, raisins, and rum.

The unique characteristic of this wonderful single-origin Red Pod dark chocolate from Paradai, made with cocoa from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region of Thailand, lies in the careful selection and pre-selection of the pods before processing. The cocoa comes exclusively from red pods, which represent about 10% of the harvest. These cocoa beans behave differently: they ferment faster at a higher fermentation temperature. Their aroma is distinctive and their flavor is decidedly different. The result is a chocolate with unique aromas that stand out from other varieties, with a distinctive aromatic profile.
