Ces fèves proviennent de la région de Córdoba, au nord de la Colombie. Ce terroir fait face à la mer des Caraïbes. Le relief est notamment caractérisé par la cordillère Occidentale des Andes colombiennes. Le terroir est traversé par les fleuves Sinú et San Jorge, dont les vallées serpentent les reliefs. Ce chocolat puissant révèle de multiples saveurs d’épices et de fruits tropicaux.
