The latest addition to our range is a 78% dark chocolate bar with a complex, layered flavor profile. It opens with a burst of juicy grape, unfolds into rich walnut, and finishes with the deep, indulgent taste of fudgy brownie. Balanced and bold, this bar is made for those who appreciate nuance in every bite.
Using cocoa grown in Western Uganda, this bar begins on 1–3 acre farms where cocoa trees thrive in nutrient-rich soils. Local farmers grow specialty-grade cocoa that’s as sustainable as it is flavorful. Post-harvest, the beans are fermented and dried over seven days which is a key step in developing the chocolate’s full character.
