The shipping cost is free for all orders over €198 with delivery within the European Union. For orders under €198 the shipping cost is €19.80.
For non-European countries, the transport cost is borne by the customer and is calculated automatically based on the place of delivery.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
