This month’s First Nibs celebrates the gradual lift into Spring: vibrant blossoms, longer days, more comfortable outside temperatures, and a feeling of freshness. In anticipation of the official start, still twenty days away, we’ve crafted a trio of bars that symbolize the brightness to come and just make you feel good.
This bar is a collaboration with Goldthread tonics, a California-based maker of delicious elixirs that draw upon the power of direct trade herbs, spices, and adaptogenic plants to invigorate you inside and out.
Blue Magic is a full-on sensory delight: a vegan coconut-cassava based white chocolate infused with blue spirulina – a nutrient-dense blue pigment derived from blue-green algae – and refreshing Greek mountain tea. Blue, the color of the daytime horizon, reminds us of the promising times ahead.
