Auro was founded in May 2015 with the aim of producing premium bean-to-bar chocolate using only the best quality Filipino ingredients, without the use of additives. Auro produces chocolate using only fine cocoa beans directly from Mindanao farmers. Auro buys cocoa beans, giving farmers a fair compensation to guarantee the quality of the raw material and to offer growers the opportunity to improve the standard of living of their families. Auro passionately manufactures all its products in the modern factory in Calamba, Laguna, equipped with the latest technologies and certifications (HACCP, HALAL). The skilful processing based on ancient techniques, combined with the quality of the raw materials used, allows the distinctive aromatic notes of the fine cocoa used to be enclosed in each bar of Auro's chocolate.

The shipping cost is free for all orders over €59 with delivery within Italian territory. For orders under €59 the shipping cost is €5.90.

The shipping cost is free for all orders over €198 with delivery within the European Union. For orders under €198 the shipping cost is €19.80.

For non-European countries, the transport cost is borne by the customer and is calculated automatically based on the place of delivery.

Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!

Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
