The first bar in our Double Origin Series, this bar celebrates the beauty and simplicity of two origins; the Madagascan beans bring a fruity warmth, whilst the sea salt that is ground into the chocolate lifts and rounds to the notes of dulce de leche and milk caramel.
The packaging introduces a new illustration for us by local artist Annabel Pearl. It is adorned with a mermaid illustration to reflect the connection of the two coastal businesses as well as the distant island of Madagascar and the mythical folklore of the mermaid of Pin Mill, Suffolk.
