Delicate citrus character, not too bitter, well-balanced dark chocolate with a smooth and creamy melt. Slightly creamier than its counterparts with the addition of a small amount of cacao butter.
To honor the country where our farm and factory are located, this single-origin bar showcases the name of a Nicaraguan natural landmark: “Masaya” National Park containing amazing fauna, mesmerizing lakes, wonderful plains, and active volcanos.
