Travaillant à l’origine les grains de café d’Haïti, la famille Dufort décide dès 2014 d’aider les producteurs de cacao bio de l’île au sein de la structure Islands Products. Ce terroir est doté d’un sol riche qui abrite différentes cultures comme le café, la banane ou les oranges. Ce chocolat révèle de riches saveurs florales et citriques, aux notes caramélisées.

Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
