Faites voyager vos papilles avec nos étuis de 40 carrés de dégustation – Ouganda – Rwenzori Forest 75%, 100% transformées de la fève à la tablette directement à Bordeaux.

Ces fèves ont été soigneusement sélectionnées par nos soins, puis elles ont été triées à la main, torréfiées, concassées et conchées dans notre atelier situé rue Fondaudège à Bordeaux dans la plus pure tradition du “Bean to Bar”.

Ces fèves Bio proviennent de la région de Rwenzururu, à 900 m. d’altitude, près de la frontière du Congo et des montagnes de Rwenzori, en Ouganda.

Hasnaâ a apporté un soin particulier à la transformation de ces fèves pour révéler au mieux les tannins acidulés et frais, s’épanouissant en une douceur charnue et enveloppante avec des notes légèrement fumées, de cerise, d’abricot, et de réglisse.

Ces tablettes exceptionnelles ne contiennent que des fèves de cacao bio sans ajout de beurre de cacao exogène, et du sucre de canne bio.
