We obtain this slightly sweet, highly aromatic almond of the variety Pizzute from the small town of Avola, in south-eastern Sicily – a place you can’t avoid when looking for the world’s best almonds.
We caramelize this Sicilian treasure in the nostalgic copper kettle in our manufactory and coat it with our noble Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.
The result is a filling that is perfectly complemented by our Hacienda Limon 74%.
