Fruition Piura Blanco Dark 73% is a dark chocolate made with unique beans that come from the northern desert of Peru. These beans are very light in color (hence the word “blanco” in the name) and have a very low astringency, which is a hallmark of the region’s cocoa. This tablet is pleasantly acidic with aromatic notes of lemon and tahini. Pairing advice: fresh goat cheese, Monkey Shoulder whiskey.
