Georgia Ramon Dominican Republic Öko Caribe 55% goat milk chocolate is a goat milk chocolate with a pleasantly sweet and savory taste, with aromatic notes of honey, hazelnut, yogurt and goat cheese.
The powdered milk used to make this chocolate is Dutch goat milk, known for its mild flavor. Known as one of the best in the world, Dutch goat milk farmers constantly strive to produce the highest quality milk, with goats living in a stress-free environment, mostly white Saanen goats. Goat’s milk has been used as a food since ancient times; tasty, healthy and easily digestible. The average fat content is around 4.1% and the protein content is 3.4%. The nutritional value is particularly high, making goat milk an important source of high quality protein (with all essential amino acids), calcium, vitamins A and B2.
