Dunkle Tafelschokolade mit Kakaobohnen aus Bolivien – 75% Kakaogehalt.
Die Region Alto Beni liegt im Department La Paz und ist rund 60 km vom Titicacasee, mit einer Fläche von 8.288 m² der größte See Südamerikas, entfernt. Begünstigt von dessen klimatischen Einfluss – der See stellt einen großen Wärmespeicher dar – reifen die Kakaobohnen hier unter optimalen Bedingungen. Die Kooperative umfasst 69 Kakaobauern, die Bohnen dieser Region sind aufgrund der kleinen Strukturen limitiert erhältlich.
CHARAKTER: Diese dunkle Schokolade beeindruckt mit einem erdigen, malzigen Geschmacksprofil. Der Kenner wird subtile Noten von Heidelbeere und Walnuss wahrnehmen.
