Z ziaren z Madagaskaru postanowiliśmy stworzyć mleczną kreację naszej czekolady. Nie jest to typowa, komercyjna, przesłodzona mleczna czekolada. Zdecydowaliśmy postawić na wyższą zawartość kakao, która wynosi tu aż 46%, co jest niespotykane w zdecydowanej większości mlecznych czekolad. Mleko złagodziło nieco smak samego ziarna, ale nadal bez problemu wyczuwalne są nuty karmelu, drewna i wanilii.
