Le premier nez est enveloppant, avec des arômes discrets à la casse. A l’aération, il s’ouvre progressivement sur des notes de framboise et de réglisse douce.
En bouche, la texture est lisse et délicatement sucrante laissant apparaitre un goût subtil et rare : celui du fruit, le chérimoya. La finale, onctueuse, s’étire sur de gourmandes nuances de sucre caramelisé.
