These two fine chocolate bars from the Labooko contest line are made with cocoa from Guatemala (FEDECOVERA cooperative) and Madagascar (Sambirano valley). The chocolate challenge: 2 different dark chocolates in one package. Discover 2 different chocolates made with fine single-origin cocoa, representing the wide aromatic spectrum that fine cocoa can offer. One with a rare variety of Guatemalan cocoa with a high percentage of Criollo, the other with cocoa from the legendary Sambirano valley in Madagascar. Both are fine cocoas, but with very different flavors, each distinctive and absolutely unique! Zotter Guatemala dark chocolate 75% is a dark chocolate with a balanced taste, with aromatic notes of grapefruit, banana, peach, melon, cherry, toasted almond, grassy notes, coffee, and pepper. Zotter Madagascar dark chocolate 75% is a dark chocolate with a pleasantly acidic taste, with aromatic notes of lime, mandarin, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, hazelnut cream, cream, caramel.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
