Founded in 1820 by Ricardo Álvarez, Finca Casa Blanca in Colombia is a historic cocoa farm run by his great-great-grandson, Reynaldo Guzmán Romero.

73-year-old Reynaldo also works with the ASOCAGIGANTE association, which centralises the fermentation and drying of cocoa for a number of local producers.
