It was calibrating, brewing and quietly finishing in the oak barrels sitting there in the dark for two long years. I was refusing to touch it as deep in my heart I knew that I will break my promise. Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time.
