Ces fèves ont été soigneusement sélectionnées par nos soins, puis elles ont été triées à la main, torréfiées, concassées et conchées dans notre atelier situé rue Fondaudège à Bordeaux dans la plus pure tradition du “Bean to Bar”.

Ces fèves Bio proviennent des forêts du Fazenda Estate, au Sud de l’État de Bahia, à l’Est du Brésil.

Hasnaâ a apporté un soin particulier à la transformation de ces fèves pour révéler au mieux ce chocolat intense, légèrement acidulé, aux notes de noix/noisettes suivies d’une sensation de fraicheur mentholée. Présence de tanins gras et charnus sur un final soyeux.

Ces tablettes exceptionnelles ne contiennent que des fèves de cacao sans ajout de beurre de cacao exogène.
