Legast Colombia Meta single variety dark chocolate 90% is a dark chocolate with a pleasantly bitter taste, with aromatic notes of avocado, hazelnut, toasted cashew, cocoa pudding, coffee, wood.

Made with fine and pale beans of a rare indigenous Colombian variety, closely related to the famous Criollos, this chocolate has a surprisingly light color, reminiscent of milk chocolate, despite its high cocoa content. Its slight bitterness (without astringency) reveals woody and hazelnut notes. A rare and precious discovery.
Harvest: 2023. Cocoa sub-variety: FSV41 – indigenous sub-variety of Colombia. Plantation: several families of farmers united in a sustainable cooperative, in the Meta plains, in eastern Colombia.
