Pump street Ecuador Hot Cross Bun 60% is made with cocoa from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador and the hot cross buns, flavoured with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. The bar is like the rolls, studded with currants.
Gibassier 62% is a dark chocolate bar, which encapsulates the flavours of one of Pump street’s classy sweets. The Gibassier, shines in this bar; Anise and orange zest, reminiscent of Pump Street Bakery’s beloved and unique Provencal sweet. It is made with dark chocolate produced from the West Papuan bean to the bean bar. To this, Pump street adds sourdough breadcrumbs and anise, which is ground into the chocolate and finally adds orange zest for bright citrus notes.
