The contrast between the rich, smooth taste of the milk chocolate and the fresh bitterness of the medium-light roast, with the crunchy texture of the coarsely ground coffee, provide the perfect balance and gradual complexity in the mouth.

O solo com cinzas vulcânicas e microclima específico alimentam a sua diversidade natural, favorecendo o terroir ideal para cacau e café de excelente qualidade. O seu cacau é caracterizado pelo toque floral e sabor de frutos secos.

Combinamos este cacau proveniente de Huila, com café de especialidade da Colômbia da mesma região, torrado pelas mãos de Diogo Amorim. O contraste entre o paladar rico e macio do chocolate de leite e o amargor fresco da torragem média-clara, com a textura crocante do café moído em grosso, proporcionam o perfeito equilíbrio e complexidade gradual na boca.
