Dunne plakjes witte chocolade met natuurlijke vanille en een vleugje zeezout, bestrooid met crispy cacaonibs.
Voor deze witte chocolade wordt biologische cacaoboter gebruikt, die we direct bij boerencoöperatie Conacado uit de Dominicaanse Republiek kopen. De witte chocolade met knapperige cacaonibs (gebrande cacaobonen ontdaan van hun dop) is súper lekker.
De cacaobonen reizen per zeilschip de Tres Hombres op windkracht van de Caraïben, in pakweg vier maanden over de Atlantische Oceaan, naar de kade in Amsterdam. In onze chocoladefabriek maken we ‘single origin’ bio-chocolade op ambachtelijke wijze, volledig op zonne-energie!

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
