Veredelt mit aromatisch-fruchtigen Limetten und pikant-würzigem Thymianöl (Thymus vulgaris). Unser hochwertiges ätherisches Öl aus dem Iran wird aus den frischen Pflanzen mit Blüten durch schonende Wasserdampfdestillation gewonnen. Bei diesem Thymian, dem Thymus vulgaris, handelt es sich um den typischen Gartenthymian, welcher einen hohen Anteil an Thymol ausbildet. Ursprünglich kommt er am westlichen Mittelmeergebiet bis zum südlichen Italien vor. Er wird gerne als Gewürz in der Küche verwendet. Die von uns verwendete Weisse Schokolade wird hergestellt mit Kakaobutter aus der Dominikanischen Republik.
