Fjåk is the first bean to bar chocolate maker from Norway (Hardangerfjord), founded by two women, Siv Hereid (Norwegian) and Agurtxane Concellon (Spanish), in 2015. Fjåk in Hardanger dialect means “lovable”. Agur and Siv chose this name because chocolate is "the most lovable thing in the world". Fjåk was founded to produce high quality "bean to bar" chocolate using the finest varieties of flavoured cocoa from organic and fair trade origin, to which are added the most precious ingredients of Norwegian nature. All the ingredients used by Fjåk are 100% organic. Fjåk is always experimenting with new combinations of flavors and is always testing new cocoa beans from different regions of the world, to create always new exciting chocolate. Fjåk's packaging was designed by designer Ian Holcroft, in collaboration with Agur and Siv.

The shipping cost is free for all orders over €59 with delivery within Italian territory. For orders under €59 the shipping cost is €5.90.

The shipping cost is free for all orders over €198 with delivery within the European Union. For orders under €198 the shipping cost is €19.80.

For non-European countries, the transport cost is borne by the customer and is calculated automatically based on the place of delivery.

Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

REFRIGERATED SHIPPING: WE CONTINUE SHIPPING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS!

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!

Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
