Die Hacienda Cata produziert Cacao in Mischkultur mit anderen tropischen Früchten in traumhafter Lage vor der Atlantikküste bei Ocumare. Die als Kooperative organisierten Kleinbauern helfen sich gegenseitig bei der Ernte aus und verarbeiten den edlen Cacao gemeinsam. Die Criollo Ocumare bildet den Kern der für diese Einzellage typischen intensiven Aromen.
