Dark chocolate bar with inclusions / filled / flavored – Made by Amano
Nothing goes better with chocolate than citrus. Every time I taste the two together, it brings back childhood memories of the orange chocolate found during the holidays. This is a grown up version of the chocolate from my childhood. We make the chocolate with cocoa that we obtain directly from our farmers in Ecuador. We then combine it with the oils from yuzu – an incredible citrus from Japan, tangerine, and grapefruit. (Hence the name “Citrus Melange A Trios”) We have added tiny little pieces orange fruit leather which gives the chocolate an incredible juicy sensation. O.K. I have to say it: this will be your new favorite bar.
Tasting Notes: Haunting flavor notes of yuzu, tangerine, and grapefruit enrich the deep chocolate flavor. Orange pieces provide a layer of juiciness

Amano is a bean to bar chocolate maker from United States (Orem, Utha). Amano was founded in 2006 by Clark Goble and Art Pollard. Amano was born with the idea of combining American and European chocolate production styles. In Amano chocolate you will find all the aromatic notes typical of lightly roasted cocoa in the manner of the United States' producers, with the soft silkiness of the cocoa butter typical of the most refined European chocolatiers. To produce its chocolate, Amano uses traditional techniques and uses the best aromatic cocoa in the world purchased directly from the growers. The Amano technicians directly control the fermentation and drying phases on the plantation.
