O cacau de Nicarágua, com aroma doce e denso com notas de caramelo e sabor de frutos secos como amendoim ou avelã, encontrou-se com leite. Sendo “Chocolate de Leite”, o teor do cacau é bastante elevado, neste caso, o papel do leite é apenas amaciar a intensidade do cacau e dar riqueza no paladar.
Derrete-se na boca como manteiga, imediatamente enche a boca com a sua textura aveludada. Tem uma harmonia perfeita entre o amargor profundo do cacau e o sabor rico e macio do leite. Os Nibs ainda acrescentam um toque aromático e crocante que alegra a textura e sensação.
