Hand crafted from 72% single origin organic Dominican Cacao, this bar is produced from some of the oldest and finest criollo cacao strains on our farm; the genetics of which date back to those brought to the island by Christopher Columbus! Small batch roasted, this bar contains tasting notes of deep berry and burgundy with an earthiness which showcases the beautiful terroir of our chocolate.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
