L’histoire de Kuna Balam raconte l’intention de protéger la naissance d’un petit jaguar dans la jungle mexicaine au sein de notre plantation familiale. Afin de ne pas perturber sa venue au monde, une partie de la plantation a été fermée. Après son départ, nous avons réalisé que des cacaoyers anciens et particuliers parsemaient cette partie de la plantation et nous avons décidé d’élaborer un chocolat célébrant cet événement extraordinaire.
Leurs arômes aux saveurs fruitées et boisées éveillent en nous un sentiment de protection et de force à la fois.
