Ces fèves ont été soigneusement sélectionnées par nos soins, puis elles ont été triées à la main, torréfiées, concassées et conchées dans notre atelier situé rue Fondaudège à Bordeaux dans la plus pure tradition du “Bean to Bar”.
Ces fèves proviennent des forêts tropicales du Parc National du Mont Apo dans la Région de Davao Mindanao, au Sud des Philippines.
Hasnaâ a apporté un soin particulier à la transformation de ces fèves pour révéler au mieux les Notes de noix fraiche suivies de notes de roses rouges chaudes, d’ananas, de fruits confits et de thé.
Ces tablettes exceptionnelles ne contiennent que deux ingrédients : Des fèves de cacao et du sucre de canne Bio.
