Mission Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate maker from Brazil. This fine chocolate bar is made with cocoa from Brazil. Mission chocolate Brazil TWO RIVERS – Rio Negro and Rio Solimões is a fine chocolate made with two different Brazilian cocoa beans. The name Two Rivers (two rivers): Rio Negro + Rio Solimões comes from the fact that in the Amazon forest there is an intersection where these two rivers meet and remain separated for kilometers. It is fascinating to take a boat ride on these two rivers and see them first side by side, and then merge into one: the Amazon River. Two visually different rivers coming together to create the largest and most powerful river in the world. With this bar Mission chocolate wanted to represent Brazil: many origins coming together, many languages, many cultures and many flavors that eventually became known as a single country: Brazil. This chocolate bar is representative of what Brazil can offer. Half a bar is made with cocoa from the Amazon rainforest (Para): it is a sweet dark chocolate, dark in color with aromatic notes of cedar, papaya, raspberry jam, peanut butter, brownie and spices. While the other half of the bar is produced with cocoa from the Atlantic rainforest (Bahia): it is a balanced dark chocolate, with a reddish color, with floral aromatic notes, orange peel, hazelnut, herbaceous, caramel, leather.
