Dark Chocolate Bar – Made by Orfève
Ce Cru de Terroir se caractérise par une magnifique fraîcheur et une délicate acidité fruitée soutenues par des notes épicées et boisées.
Considéré comme l’un des berceaux du cacao originel sauvage, le Pérou a conservé un riche patrimoine de variétés natives, dont les célèbres fèves blanches du cacao Gran Blanco.
Redécouvert en 2008, et depuis considéré comme l’un des plus nobles du monde, ce cacao blanc est cultivé dans la vallée de l’Alto Piura, au Nord-Ouest du pays.
Nos fèves de Gran Blanco proviennent d’une coopérative de petits producteurs respectueuse des règles les plus strictes du développement durable. Situées en-dessous de 800 mètres d’altitude, les plantations sont exclusivement travaillées en agriculture biologique.
