Svenska Kakao Tanzania Kokoa Kamili dark chocolate 74% with sea salt from Læsø is a dark chocolate with a pleasantly sweet and tart flavor, with aromatic notes of lemon, citron, raspberry, cherry, apple, raisins, plum jam, toasted hazelnuts, and salted caramel.

The sea salt comes from the small Danish island of Läsö in the Kattegatt Sea. Salt extraction on this island dates back to the Middle Ages. Læsø salt is produced according to ancient traditions: saltwater from the Kattegatt is slowly boiled over open fires. Every morning, the salt is collected and left to dry in wicker baskets.

Sea salt in dark chocolate. A classic combination. The salty and the sweet.

The sea salt comes from the small Danish island of Läsö in the Kattegatt Sea. Salt was mined there already in the Middle Ages. Læsø salt works according to age-old traditions where the salty groundwater from the Kattegatt is allowed to boil slowly over open fires. Every morning the salt is collected and left to dry in wicker baskets.

Here we have combined the salt with our dark chocolate (74%) made from cacao beans from Tanzania.
